Job Title: Full-Time School Psychologist – Cumberland School District
Job Description: Desired candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates should be student-centered and able to conduct educational evaluations, consult with staff and parents, provide psychological counseling, and provide leadership in school-wide educational interventions, including Response to Intervention, social-emotional learning, trauma-focused care, and school based mental health services. Candidates will work collaboratively with general and special education staff to help address the needs of our students. Experience in progress monitoring, completing functional behavior assessments, and creating behavioral intervention plans is desired.
Qualifications: Must be Wisconsin DPI certified for School Psychologist (7062).

Job Title: Part-Time Interventionist
Job Description: Part-time Interventionist position at Cumberland Middle School, effective at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will provide explicit, systematic instruction to students in grades 5-8 to improve their academic achievement. The individual will complete student progress monitoring and maintain records by following the district Multi-Level Systems of Support (MLSS) protocol.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, innovative middle school teacher with a strong background in RtI, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Science, Reading, and the use of FastBridge Learning as a universal math and reading screener and progress-monitoring tool.
Candidates must be passionate about supporting student academic achievement. This teacher will work with individual students and small groups to close achievement gaps and help students become proficient in English/Language Arts and Math.
The district's MLSS process for providing systematic interventions to improve academic achievement for students will be followed. Interventions will be primarily focused in the areas of reading and mathematics.
Qualifications: A Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Certification/Licensure 1088 Pre K-8 or 1777-Regular Education. Additional certification(s) desired: Reading Specialist 1317 and Reading Teacher 1316.
