Enrollment Information/Registration
Welcome to the Cumberland School District!
Our enrollment registration is completed online. Please see the information below on how to register your new student(s).
If you do not have access to a computer or an email address, you can register your child in person at their school office. If you have trouble or need assistance registering or updating your household information, please call ahead to ensure a staff member is available to assist you.
4K and Early Childhood Programs
Children who turn 4 on or before September 1 are eligible to enroll in Cumberland’s full-day, five-day-a-week 4K program.
Children who are 3 years old may qualify for special education services through the Early Childhood Program. If you have concerns about your child’s development—such as developmental delays, speech or language delays, or social skills—please contact the Elementary School Office at 715-822-5123, for more information.
- Complete the online pre-registration enrollment form and submit it.
- Watch for an approval email that will include a link to complete the reminder about your child's enrollment. An email will be sent once your information has been reviewed and verified. You will need to have the following information available to complete the enrollment forms.
- Household information - addresses, phone numbers
- Parent information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Emergency Contact Information - contact name and cell phone number
- Student Information - Demographics, health information, contact information for previous school
- After enrollment is completed, a school employee will contact you to share more information and/or set up an appointment to schedule classes if needed.
- Complete the online pre-registration enrollment form and submit it.

- Birth Certificate - We will review the birth certificate to verify your child’s age and return it to you.
- Immunization Records - Provide records from your healthcare provider or the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
- Proof of Residency - Two Forms, one from each group
- Rental/Lease agreement, real estate tax bill, or notarized letter of residency
- Electric, cable, gas, telephone bill, etc
